| The property is a 140 year old church building in Pentre, Rhondda. One existing downstairs toilet needs to be adapted to meet disability requirements. Two toilets (gents and ladies) with wash basin area to be installed on second floor. The work will be part funded, hopefully, by a grant; therefore the estimate will need to be itemised according to the grant-body requirements. |
