    Get several quotes and select a company to hire
    Description of the situation and needed services:
    Do you provide prenuptial agreements, and if so, what are your fees? This may also link to wills, as will need one of them too.

    The key principle behind my fiancee and I looking at an agreement is that entering into the marriage, she has no assets. I have a house that has about £150,000 of equity in it.

    Is it possible to place a property in trust - for example my children become beneficiaries of the trust but my wife has life-long residence? One of the children we will have between us (as she is pregnant!)

    My finacee also has her daughter who I have de facto taken on as my own, but she does stand to inherit from her biological father's family in a way my children will not.

More advice for a successful project

Please consider that a well-written request receives more and better quotes. Hence, try to write a clear project description. You may take use of the pre-defined questions to add as much information as possible about your job. In addition, please use the free-text box to give your own description.

Compare quotes, ratings and qualifications

Once you have been put in contact with interested providers you are able to compare them. You are given the company details and reviews from previous clients they have won through Servicestart. Make sure to ask the company for any additional qualifications needed such as professional licenses and certificates.

Book an appointment

A personal meeting will give you the chance to ask questions directly to the provider and to evaluate how suitable they would be for your job. The meeting will also allow the provider to better calibrate their offer and price estimate to you.
