Set up ltd company last summer for property buying/refurb/selling, however plans change and we need the company dissolving. HOWEVER, first... We are wanting to put one of the companies assets (a property) in the name of one of the directors to offset some of an outstanding directors loan. I need an accountant to review our accounts and confirm that there is sufficient directors loan owed as this has been requested from the solicitors.
Company hasn't done much at all and really is not a big task to do. I have all transactions listed in an Excel doc and able to send a complete summary of all in's, out's etc (not that there are much!).
Once we have the confirmation for the solicitors we will advise them to proceed with the asset transfer. Once this is complete, the company will not have any assets and we will need accountancy service to dissolve and file final accounts. Thank you.
